Linsey Tilbor Rubin is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a proven track record of success in the women’s health, wellness and beauty categories. She’s an expert in brand positioning, message development and public relations for traditional and new media and is well-versed in navigating influencer networks and partnership opportunities. Clients seek her out for her demonstrated ability to build new brands from the ground up and catapult existing ones to the next level.

She founded Rell Marketing & Communications in 2018 and is an integral part of scaling her clients’ businesses. She views each client through a unique lifestyle lens that resonates with consumers and ultimately drives growth.

Previously, she was Vice President at Behrman Communications. During the 10+ years she spent in the industry, Linsey worked with Fortune 500 companies as well as start-ups in the prestige and mass spaces across the health, lifestyle, cosmetics, intimacy, haircare, and consumer goods sectors. Her clients included Clarisonic, IT Cosmetics, boscia, Mineral Fusion, FOREO, Kleenex, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Brands, Nuelle, WeVibe, Legalize V, and more
